But to the same extent that some women, despite not liking their husbands enough to have sex, yet still want to remain married for other reasons (finances, kids, whatever) the Declare Open Marriage option is a legit choice. It rightly switches the burden of filing for divorce onto the party who initiated the marriage downfall by withdrawing from sex.[/quote]
