UVA is in the midst of building projects like the new basketball arena, new dorms, rehabilitation of the Rotunda (just finished) AND at the same time participates in QuestBridge and AccessUVA for low income students. No other public university participates in Questbridge. UVA guarantees 100% of need met, so if FAFSA indicates the student needs a full ride, the student will get a full ride package.[/quote]
