I've done 2 cycles with her (unsuccessfully) and left. You need to be very persistent asking questions. I had to wrestle my info from the nurses too. They probably thought I was a pain in the neck, but Dr. A is a pain in the neck too, so it's par for the course. PP who stayed with her for 3 years - were you successful in having a baby? If not, you have the patience of an angel..
I'm PP who stayed for 3 years -- no we have not yet conceived :( but I don't blame her for this because I believe it will happen when it's supposed to ... my main issue here is the quality of service experience that the clinic has provided. 100% I agree with everything you said about them, PP. I was really trying to be patient and hope things would get better because a few times she was in a good mood but unfortunately it wasn't the case. Those days I remember my husband and I couldn't believe our eyes when we saw her smile lol. Anyway, I don't want to keep complaining but I'm at least glad to know that I am not the only patient who had this experience because I used to think maybe I did something to offend her. I hope for the best for her current patients and anyone else who's struggling with infertility.
