There's ANOTHER SOURCE of information, which is still classified, which the Nunes memo did not acknowledge. The Grassley memo says it formed [i]the bulk[/i] of the application. Carter Page isn't a saint. But it is troubling that an uncorroborated campaign-funded document made up of hearsay from various foreign sources whose reliability and motives are unknown formed "the bulk" of an application to spy on a US citizen.[/quote]
