My child showers every 2-3 days depending on her schedule and if she needs it. Our hair type does better if you go a few days without washing. Her hair gets horrible if we wash it daily (like we do over the summer when she's swimming daily). Mine does as well. Our hair looks the best on day 2/3 after washing. We also have good shower caps so even if we need a shower before we're due for a hair wash we're covered.[/quote]
