+1000. And when they go out on "maternity leave" and never come back; just f*cks it up for those of us that are working to dispel the suspicion of investment in young women. It's one of the most selfish and detrimental things a woman to do the workforce for the other women around them. [/quote]

Don't blame the women for leaving an inflexible work place.  Maybe if we had adequate time for maternity leave like every other civilized nation, women would be more inclined to return to their jobs.[/quote]
