I don't see anything wrong with kids who want to come back home and live with their parents to save up some money. As a matter of fact, I would encourage it. Because we as parents are lucky enough to be able to provide for them while they do so. I didn't have such luck growing up. We don't know what the circumstances are. People have got to stop being so judgemental!
Ditto. I'd be fine with my kids living with us for a couple years after graduating to save money, as long as they are working or seriously looking for a job, and being a good roommate. I lived with my parents for 6 mos after graduating -- didn't have a job at graduation but started one a couple months after -- lived on my own for a year but then moved home for a year to save money. My siblings both did the same and we were all on our own with solid careers underway by our mid-late 20s.
