Most people do not respond to those surveys.  If you are a Democrat [conservative, moderate, liberal] it does mean you respond to the surveys.  Same for Republicans.  Responders usually have an agenda when it is in favor of illegal immigration.  [b]Did the USA learn nothing from Reagan's amnesty or DACA in terms of surges?[/b]

Note Sen Leahy-D-Vermont was speaking on cspan.  Vermont got a grand total of 5 Obama minors from Sept 2013-2017.  MOCO , PG, Fairfax got 4000 or more.  Send ours to Vermont and Wyden, and Durbin states.  Then they can talk.  Maryland?   These federal politicians care more about illegals than their own constituents.  Baltimore is in MD.

Immigration issues have no place in these budget discussions unless it is to remove SSI for non-contributing immigrants and to charge full actuarial rated costs and premiums to the same group for any medicare, Medicaid, or other subsidized programs.  Also no more section 8 for non citizens.

Immigration policy does not belong in the budget debate for my country.  This is reasonable and liberal except for allowing temp visas to foreign parents [other than tourist]  and visa overstay should be a federal felony :
