Pelosi asked Paul Ryan to put the bipartisan House deal on the floor for a vote. Paul Ryan said no.

Lindsey Graham and Jerry Moran asked for a 4-5 day funding extension to buy time for a bipartisan deal. Answer was no.

But at least four Republican Senators, probably more, oppose the GOP funding bill. This means Republicans do not even have a simple majority of 50 votes for their partisan bill.

With time running out, Trump thought it was more important to tweet the Fake News Awards and opposition to the House GOP bill.

So, we're full circle. [b]Republicans can't govern.[/b] Strategy is now turning to how message blame. And oh - Trump is disappointed with Mitch again (for not being able to read his mind). Sad Mitch will now make a last ditch pitch to blame Dems as obstructionists.[/quote]
