She needs to know she can wind up in such a load of legal trouble even as a minor and you cant get her out of it. Bottom line, taking everything away is not getting to the root of the problem. You need to dig all the way down to the “why” and not just the “how.” You child has serious issues and BOTH parents need to be on the same page.[/quote]
