Too many Blacks dont want to put other blacks in jail goes with the council picture too they know their constituency.  Also why the rehabilitation act never got serious reform.  Remember the post series last year.  Almost nothing changed.  Don't want little Tyrone going away in jail because there are tons of people related to him in DC.  Sad because before you know it Tyrone is dead but hey thats what majority of DC wants

Juveniles know DC is a joke from the joke school system that you will still graduate regardless to the joke rehabilitation act slap on the wrist for multiple crimes to the joke atv/motrocycle enforcement where these little thugs can run wild in the streets with no fear or retribution

You would think whites would be able to do something about this with the increased numbers, you don't call them bleeding heart liberals for nothing.  Sadly its takes them literally bleeding from a crime before they finally wake-up.  The worst are the lawyers who actively campaign against having normal crime regulations not even tough on crime just normal on crime.  Again people only change their tune when they are victims themselves. Sad

Good news is the overall crime rate in DC is trending downard that's largely due to gentrification.  The days of feeling unsafe in DC are long gone thankfully.  Still too many juveniles know they can get away with anything which sets them up for failure when they finally have to deal with real authority and consequences later in life say trying to hold down a job for example.
