Come on. Since Jan. 1, there have been nine incidents of violent crime within 1,500 feet of 2800 Connecticut Ave. NW. That's up from seven incidents in the same 2016 span. So yes, it's "up." By two incidents. (Source: DC Crime Map)

Um.. hearing gunshots is not the same as a violent crime being committed (have you ever lived in a real city?). And there was a purse snatching.  And some kids vandalized McDonalds and CVS.  What violent crimes are you talking about again?[/quote]
