Thanks. You are 100% right about the self-esteem issue. The fear is that she IS a good cleaning lady and I might have a hard time finding one as good. That's my dilemma.

I know exactly what you mean!My dog sitter trashes the house, I leave it spotless when going on vacation and come back to mess and dirt....I would fire her but she is so responsible, my dog is safe with her and not abused, brushed, fed and provided water. [/quote]

Geez Louise - explain to her how to not make a mess of your home and how to pick up after herself. What is wrong with you?
