He felt that boys are victimized as much as girls, but that it is rarely reported. According to him, boys almost never report. The vast majority of reports come from adults who happen to overhear a conversation and are savvy enough to recognize that something criminal has occurred. Perhaps male sexual promiscuity is caused by an unrecognized epidemic of childhood sexual abuse of boys. Are we all just acting out?[/quote]
