If you are a peer, you will look TERRIBLE to your management if you let them know you are wasting time monitoring the comings and goings of peers when you should be working. Focus on the work results and the impact to you. If there are no such issues, it's not your business. Honestly, I would be pissed if I was your manager and found out you were monitoring another person's schedule to the point where you know exactly when they come in, when they take lunch and for exactly how long, and exactly when they leave for the day. That means you are wasting an incredible amount of time monitoring that person rather than working. Knock it off and do the work you're being paid to do. [/quote]
