For the same reason you can't look at neighborhoods with a lot of muslims as an indicator of terrorist activity or neighborhoods with a lot of poor whites as indicators of white supremacist activity. How about neighborhoods of "loner white men" as indicators of mass shooting activity. Neighborhoods of fraternity boys as indicators of violent hazing behavior.

I’ll bet you 1mil that there is a direct correlation to the schools with the highest gang activity and the FARMS rates, I will bet you another mil that MS13 specific activity correlates to schools with higher ESOL rates. Say what you will but it is true. [/quote]
