I have a 1 year old and just moved out to the burbs and I think it is a problem. People leave their dogs off leash in the park (even though it's not allowed) and sometimes they run over to the playground and lick my child and knock her over (she's a wobbly walker). I even ran into a lady who brought her dog into Target. It wasn't a service dog, and again, it ran over to my toddler and licked her. It's not cool. [/quote]
