It is a 9 year old who should know better. I would absolutely call the police and the other parents. Kid needs to be suspended or expelled or both. 0 tolerance for violent threats. If my kid were the Kill list kid, I would want the police, principal (and me) to put the fear of God in my kid, lest he turn out to be some homicidal maniac.[/quote]
