We have then worked together to come up with a solution to get on the same page. Sometimes it's him cutting back on hours. Other times he asks for a specific night off so I can go out and do something I love to get a break and he spends some alone time with the kids. I've also learned that if I can focus on his positives instead of the negativity of the situation, there is much more peace in the home! I have found this article to be very helpful!
