I've seen people who played in the Premier League who don't know how to explain offside, much less coach a soccer team.

Playing ability doesn't necessarily equate to coaching ability or the understanding to reorganize an entire country's soccer culture. See Klinsmann, Jurgen. Compare him to Mourinho, Jose. Or Klopp, Jurgen (go Liverpool -- I'm wearing their shirt right now).[/quote]
