So what choices do you have? You can delay dating until you slim down or you'll just have to risk it and use the great qualities you possess. I would say do the latter. I think your confidence, smile and (I'm hoping) intelligence and sense of humor should not be undervalued. Take a long term view and grow a thick skin because you will have your share of rejection. Meanwhile ...

You absolutely [b]must[/b] get to work on getting fit. Mainly for the sake of your health and well-being. Treat aesthetics as a pleasant side effect. I didn't say "losing weight" because that's almost always a goal that leads to failure or misery. If you don't know how, start researching [b]fitness[/b] exclusively and ignore advice on "weight loss". Nutrition is critical, just follow the CrossFit founder's advice - Eat meat and vegetables, nuts and seeds, some fruit, little starch and no sugar.[/quote]
