I think put-together is about the stuff that's independent of your weight. Are you wearing clothes that match/go together? Are they clean and in good repair? Do they fit you or are they way too big or too small? Are you wearing any accessories? Have you combed your hair? Are you wearing any makeup? Basically, do you look like you took at least a few minutes to put your outfit together or did you just grab random clothes or workout wear? Not put-together: old jeans or yoga pants and a t-shirt with flip-flops or sneakers and messy hair, no makeup Casual but put-together: jeans that fit properly, a fitted t-shirt and a blazer or cardigan, a pair of earrings, flats. Makeup would be at least moisturizer, tinted lip balm, and mascara. [/quote]
