[/quote] Well if enough people keep posting and writing and speaking up that they are paying to live in certain neighborhoods that direct their kids to majority white schools in an almost majority-minority school district, that could be evidence in a lawsuit required forced desegregation, or in a school board action to avoid such a lawsuit.
