In any event, I don't think ACPD has any obligation to do anything in this situation other than enforce the law. As far as APS, perhaps their obligations extend in some limited ways to working with students and parents once a student is suspected of using drugs but other than that, an APS student's drug use/dealing is an issue for their family, the juvenile justice system and law enforcement, not the public schools.[/quote]
