I just wanted to thank the PP for mentioning that just because we call this a chemical pregnancy, for some the loss is just as real. I had never heard this term before I had one, and I found it very insensitive that my doctor acted like it was no big deal. Have a new doctor now and am trying again.
I would agree with a chemical pregnacy is a miscarriage. I just went through this just this week and I was devastated. We have been trying to get pregnant for a few months and I took a test because I was three days late. I found two pink lines and was very excited. This would be my third baby and we were already thinking of names. Come to find heavy bleeding a few days later scared me. I went to the dr to find out it was a chemical pregnancy. I went through the grieving process just like anyone else. It doesn't matter how far along you are....if the egg is fertilized it is a baby no matter what! I know God has bigger plans for my husband and I and I put it in his hands completely!
