My DH is a fed and I stay at home right now. We can afford a house in a not so great School district. If I was working and out earning my fed DH, we could afford a sfh in a much better school district in MoCo. Don't know what you are doing OP, but you and your DH need to figure out where all the money is going and stop the flow. Or do you have lots of requirements, have to live in a very specific high status area, or have to live near a metro station in DC? [/quote]
