IT's their parents responsibility and it's on them and it's their fault that their family is 'ripped apart'. They didn't care about the laws and had 5 kids. Heck even American born hispanics don't have that many. I'm hispanic and know other natural born citizens who have zero kids at 30 and a few have just 1. The ones that come over illegally want security and pop out 5 kids within a few yrs.[/quote]
