A trip that stretches into the middle of the night on a school night is inappropriate. This is not a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity. There are better times to go, and that's when they should go. The last time I went to a ball game that ended that late, the parking lot was full of drunk people getting into fist fights as we were leaving. It is not somewhere I would want my child to be at that hour.[/quote]
