I, too, work in an open floor plan. THE STATUS REPORTS ARE DUE ON WEDNESDAY!") and the guy who doesn't know what an inside voice is, it's impossible to find your inner zen.[/quote]

I would say something, and it is very unprofessional to use speakerphone for every single phone call.  Speakerphone is for conference calls, end of story. [/quote]

Dialing into a conference line doesn't require an intercom option. When an intercom is needed it should be  in a closed/private environment where the privacy of the meeting can still be respected, as well as the importance of not disturbing others.

Post a list of office etiquette rules. just type it and paste it up there anonymously. 
No one will know. It will be great. Give it a month.
