No she did not say that.

She said she told the school he was being bullied and she had concerns.

She never said she was for moving him out.

He's the victim I get that. This is horrible no getting around that either.

She's doing interviews from her home instead of the hospital. No way in hell I would leave my kids side after being shot. Would you?

Come on now. There are always too sides the story.

Bottom line is MCPS failed both of these kids. Their parents failed them as well. Yes they did. There is a reason her kid is not in their home school. Given he is a minor I am not putting that on here. Case search has a ton of info on both of these families. 
Neither kid should have been at any mainstream school in the county.
