This is more about a principal than the teacher shortage or the county.  They'll blame it on everything else, but they nearly all lie about things they actually have control over, keeping it even from the staff.  [/quote]

I think we will see a principal shortage in FCPS this year. They will go to other counties where there is not so much chaos.[/quote][/quote]
