The big thing I take away is a lot of these conspirators will never face justice. This GA case is just one state. These people were active in multiple states and yet no federal charges? Meadows, Eastman, Cruz, Graham, all the staff of these people, etc? Guess planning and implementation of a coup is not against federal law? [/quote].

Both Arizona and Pennsylvania have had investigations underway for quite some time.  There are nuances in state law that make it more appropriate to charge false electors and those who conspired with state crimes.  Of course there is no double jeopardy between state and fed. Some of the charges could go federal so they can be indicted there too. Not instead.  Didn’t the false electors defraud the people of the United States and obstruct our civil rights?  Meadows should tread really carefully here. [/quote]
