Well, Hillary kept classified emails on a private server. She also paid for the Steele dossier. The Obama administration spied on Trump. HB purchased a  :mrgreen: handgun as a felon illegally. Where are the prosecutions?[/quote]

The classified documents were classified AFTER they were on her server. Even Trump's DOJ didn't see a crime there and didn't prosecute.
The Steele Dossier started out as opposition research from a different GOP candidate.
Obama Administration didn't "spy" on Trump. Obama Law Enforcement was monitoring our enemies and spies, and oh hey, look who they were in touch with - a bunch of people from the Trump campaign. Go figure.
If HB did somethig illegal, he should be indicted and tried for it. If found guilty, then so be it. No one is defending him.[/quote]

Comey was head of the FBI. The FBI is not in charge of taking a case to a Grand Jury seeking an indictment. That would be the DOJ, so whatever Comey thought is irrelevant. If Bill Barr didn't see enough for a crime, that should tell you something.[/quote]
It’s not irrelevant. The FBI decided no crime was committed due to lack of intent so no need to seek indictment. “I’m sorry officer. I didn’t intend to drive drunk and cause an accident”  would go over real well for a person of color right?[/quote]
