The IAC is all about prestige and was formed back in the day with what were considered the most elite and oldest student-athlete model privates in the close-in DMV (most of which were all boys when admitted). Bullis and SSSAS are not really even the right fit but members based on history and necessity for numbers. Gonzaga is only WCAC school that the rest of the League members would consider an appropriate fit based on their elitist view of their league and then only some. The IAC schools historically look down their noses at schools like GC DM and STJ. [/quote]
