I assure you that people who are obese are aware of it all the time, and desperately wish they were not obese. Most of us have spent our entire lives trying to lose weight. Losing weight is one thing, but keeping it off is extremely hard. There is a reason that over 90 percent of people who lose weight gain it all back. Your body adjusts and reducing the amount of calories you burn to try to get back to a higher set point. Body shaming doesn't work, it is just cruel.[/quote]
