Well, as long as the mom is the guardian, she is in charge.

What services this child does or not receive will depend on what the mom wants.  That’s why you are seeing ‘commentary’ about the mom.

The video was about the child being bad and how great mom was and how hard mom was trying according to mom and how everyone else was the problem as he didn't behave that way at home (which makes no sense as if he was fine at home why all the comments about discipline).  She said she has been told to get him help but it was pointless.  Come a year later, who knows what happened to this poor kid or if mom got him help.  There was no discussion about the child except a few comments about behavior at school and it was the Mom show.  Mom found two officers similar to her and she was playing it up.  And, now she wants her 5 minutes of fame and to sue.  She was equally bad if not worse because it was her child and she behaved that way and allowed them to behave that way.[/quote]
