You bet, but it is possible and it the people that live there have already demonstrated that they like the density. I find it hilarious that the densifiers are aghast that Ward 3 does not want to be more dense. That is why those people chose to live there. They invested their housing dollar in DC, but the less dense flavor. Why would you expect them to cheerlead the death of the very thing they deliberately chose to avoid. The people buying in CP today could have spent their housing dollar in Adams Morgan had they wanted to.[/quote]
