Cohen can’t discuss ongoing criminal investigations. So Mueller and SDNY may know everything he said today, but they have not opened cases related to them. Today’s “testimony” will help SDNY justify opening more investigations on Trump. Cohen could still get a reduction in sentencing.[/quote]
