If a parent doesn't get into the program this year after appealing, they can appeal next year with new documents and scores. One of friend is referring for her kid who is a 3rd grader right now. She made her kid take COGAT exams this year too and she is referring with new supporting documents ( some certificates and letters of commendation) after talking to our AAPT.[/quote]
