Classic Arlington.  I laughed out loud.

Where in the facts does it address the fact they can’t hire the qualified staff (according to their standards of safety and risk tolerance)   to run all these classes to meet demand.  I did swipe through all the pages but am not reading every word.  If it’s in there, I’d be interested to see it.

Their representations were not unspecific.  They listed all the things they'd done to try to recruit more gymnastics instructors and they said rather specifically this was the problem and it was region wide and then people on this thread have confirmed it.

They started an adult program and did not recruit any of the adults. They said they had the parent associations post the jobs. They did not beyond the high level manager positions. They required 4 years of gymnastics experience to teach toddlers (not necessary). They would take 6 months to process hire paperwork.
