I mean this sincerely - I feel sorry that that is your experience. It’s not been mine. My kids are my favorite part of my life. I will be sad when they graduate and are out of the house. [/quote]

I agree. Working sucks. Home repairs and chores suck. Mid-life socializing isn't as central and fulfilling as it was in the teens and 20s. But the kids...the kids are the bright spot. [/quote]
