There is tons of forensic evidence but they never were tested and some are in the process of getting tested now. The noose on Connors neck, the tape on Laci and Connor was never tested because it was explained to be debris but how does a noose and tape stick on bodies underwater?

This is the opening LAIP is using to test those pieces and also the blood stained  mattress in the burned van on  Christmas Day a mile from Scott’s house. The state is fighting the need to test these times.
