Negative on both counts.

There are tons of websites online that explain the police and prosecutorial  misconduct and negligence in this case.

The Innocence Project does deep research into these things and the Scott Peterson innocent webpages have existed for a long time but picked up steam after the A&E documentary which many people felt was pro Scott though I disagree.
