BP clearly is a loss, but hard to see how VR’s staff is terrible given the substantial overlap with FCV’s current staff and the return of MJ to the group (unless you’re saying that FCV’s legacy staff is terrible, which isn’t supported by their results on the pitch or in college placements). BTW, BP joined FCV only 5 or so years ago, so it’s not as if the group that has reassembled at VR hasn’t done this before without BP. [/quote]
