She's too needy and has that passive-aggressive manipulative thing some of us find very annoying. I'm sure she's "nice" but that doesn't mean she's likeable.

DP. Agree on the passive aggressive point (complaining to Gerry about Kathy), but I don’t find Theresa particularly emotionally needy, plus she had a career in finance so is presumably on her feet financially. Leslie is  emotionally needy, with decades of choosing the wrong men and then feeling sorry for herself when it goes wrong again, and to me that’s a red flag. [/quote]
