North Gaza is uninhabitable now that it have been reduced to rumble. Trump could tell Bibi to nuke the area but Bibi would not. It is too close to Israel and would produce too much fall out for Israel. That is the only reason Bibi has not done it. Biden would not stop Bibi from nuking the Palestinians.
