IAC: Prep and Bullis have all the pressure to win and are very talented.  Helps to have guys playing in their 5th varsity seasons on both of those teams. SSSAS graduated a massive and talented senior class, but still have some talent coming back.  Landon is young and have some injuries to battle with already.  St. Albans has some great top end talent but do they have the depth?

WCAC: It’s still SJC as the clear top dog.  Gonzaga and PVI will compete for 2nd, The Heights and Dematha will be 4th and 5th in some order.  Can SJC go undefeated in league again?

MAC: Potomac and St. Andrews are the only two teams worth mentioning, but can they upset any of the IAC/WCAC teams this year?  Excited to see what the new coach at St. Andrews can do with that program.  Potomac won last year t and returns a lot, so give them the nod?[/quote]
