If this was a 51-50 propostiion, then different GOP senators could be courted for different issues. There are elements that people liek Collins, Murkowski and Romney would each be supportive of without Manchin, but that isn't how it works anymore, so yes, the filibuster is deeply in play.[/quote]

Cinna Sienna is toast.  Not at all impossible to toss her in 2024 and keep that seat blue.  Manchin on the other hand needs to be replaced by winning senate seats from Republicans.  There's PA and a few others that may be a possibility in 2022.[/quote]
