Come on, none of you have ever known a really nice (often spineless) guy who gets involved with a terror of a woman? The “Family Relationships” board is full of stories like this! I think they even joked years back that he tried to break up with her once and she wouldn’t let him.
I think you're trying to rationalize giving him a pass. As if he's oblivious to who she really is and what she's been tweeting about for 10 years. During that same time frame she's spammed how lovey dovey they are, how they hang out in bed all day and cook with each other at night.
I think you are all oversimplifying human beings. They have been together for 15 years. She is a human who has done super crappy things and good things. She has birthed two of his children and they suffered the devastating loss of a third in the last year. It is insane to think he would walk away from her. He loves her, flaws and all. Everyone is deserving of love. Anyone who hopes Chrissy Teigan's life and family collapse into ruin because she was an ahole on the internet in 2013 are just as bad as they think she is. And that isn't defending her, but you know, telling someone you hope she loses everything she loves because she once said similar things to other people should give people empathy to how one can dehumanize on the internet. Just look at the H&M and Hilaria threads in this forum. Acting like celebrities/public figures on the internet have no feelings is a national past time. i wonder how many people here ripping into CT are also over there on the H&M thread. And that isn't defending CT, I think what she did was awful, just that this problem of dehumanizing people cruelly on the internet does not begin or end with CT going through a long and terrible mean girl phase.
+1 I completely agree with you.
Same.
Aw look at the Chrissy stans banding together, pretending people on here are bullying their idol so much worse than she did anyone else. The facts are, since you ppl seem to ignore them, CT publicly and privately displayed horrifically narcissistic behavior by telling multiple people to kill themselves. All these ppl have issues and don’t have squeaky clean reputations themselves so it was easy for her to single them out as targets. We, on here, are collectively disgusted by this behavior and wonder how her husband has put up with this and if he’s enabling her. There’s no comparison between her actions and ours. We’re not buying what she’s selling anymore and that’s our right as consumers of her public image.
NP. Are you the same unhinged hysteric who doesn't understand the meaning of the word stan on the MM thread? You sound like that one. That lady is totally crazy in her obsessive hatred for MM. As it turns out, people can simultaneously not like someone and also not like rabid online mobs. I realize that this isn't something you understand.
