We decided not to buy in this neighborhood for a lot of reasons, though the narrow streets bugged me too. In response to the PP, even those of us building expensive homes recognize you typically need more than a driveway to support parties. It will get tight, and fast.

I check in on the thread because we’re building in another TB community so I try to see if there is anything relevant about the design process/options whenever the thread pops up because the communities share a design studio—never really does, I should probably give up. I am not involved in some sort of bizarre message board fiction writing project. [/quote]
